The Long Road

A cooperative, GM-less roleplaying game about medieval pilgrims walking toward a distant shrine.

Walk together. Carry your burden. Share the silence of the road.

You are pilgrims in medieval Europe—outsiders, seekers, doubters, and believers. Together, you walk toward a shrine. Along the way, you’ll confess, reflect, and change.

This is not a game of combat or treasure. This is a game of memory, hope, and quiet reckoning.

  • For 2–6 players
  • No GM, no prep
  • Uses 3d6 and 1d10
  • Includes emotional mechanics, historical setting prompts, and narrative guidance
  • Printable memory tracker and pointcrawl map
  • Designed for quiet, reflective play over one or more sessions
